Say “the Grand Ballroom” and it opens your real room — walls, doors, pillars. Misspell it and it offers the close matches. No room? It draws one to fit.
Walkways, gaps between tables, wall clearance and keep-clear zones are held. If the room can't take everyone, it says so plainly — and shows ways to fit more.
Stage, lectern, screens, bars, DJ, dance floor, photo booth, cake table, “uplighters round the room 2 m apart” — placed where they belong.
“Remember these positions” and “Remember this set-up” save how your team likes a room, so the next request starts from your way of doing it.
Everything arrives as a preview with a plain-English summary. Cancel puts the plan back exactly; one Undo removes it after you've used it.

Your description is sent securely to our AI provider to be read. During the beta Metis keeps what you asked for, a small picture of the layout it made, and any feedback you send, for 90 days, so we can see what works and improve it. After that they are deleted automatically. Metis never uses them for advertising or to train AI models.
