Venue 360
The real venue. Your event.
Before a single chair is moved.
Your client stands in your room — the real one, photographed — and looks around. Then they watch it fill with their event: the wedding, the banquet, the conference. Then they move a table. And it is still their plan when the day arrives.

Turn your venue into an interactive event showroom
Most venues sell a space and then ask the client to imagine the event. Venue 360 removes the imagining. It is not a brochure and it is not a virtual tour — it is the room your client will actually book, with their event already in it.
A photograph shows an empty room. A render shows somebody else’s event. Venue 360 shows your room with their event in it — and the same picture becomes the plan your team works from on the day.
One journey, from first look to the floor
Every step is the same room and the same measurements. Nothing is redrawn, nothing is re-keyed, and nothing is lost between the sale and the setup.
Built for the people who sell the room
A sales tool that happens to produce a floor plan, rather than a floor-plan tool you have to talk your clients into caring about.
Win the enquiry
Answer “what would it look like for 180 with a dance floor?” by showing them, while they are still on the call.
Show round without the round trip
A client three hours away sees the room properly. So does the one who cannot get a viewing until next month.
Sell the setup they had not thought of
The alternative layout is one click away, instead of another site visit and a fortnight of waiting.
Put it on your own website
Embed the tour where your enquiries already arrive, and let it work while nobody is at their desk.
What it takes to set a room up
Less than you would think, and the photographs stay yours.
- A 360° camera and an afternoon — one shot from each spot worth standing in.
- Trace the corners of the room on the photograph. The measurements come from that.
- Check the capacities you already publish still hold. They usually do.
- Publish it, embed it, and send the link with every enquiry.
Or let us do it for you
Across the UK, we come to your venue with a professional 360° rig, shoot every room and space worth selling, line each photograph up with your floor plan, and hand it back ready to use in Metis — you do not lift a tripod. Elsewhere in Europe by arrangement.
Anywhere else in the world, you take the photographs and we do the rest remotely: we check every shot, ask for any retakes, and set the room up for you.
